Dear Parent/Carer

Wraparound Care is available for you to book your child/ren session into  Club Provision, via MCAS under Clubs.  

 

If you require Sunshine sessions please book specific sessions via the MCAS provision. Sunshine Club : Monday - Friday - 7.30 am - 8.45 am Breakfast Included - £5.00 per session

 Monday - Friday - 8.15 am - 8.45 am - Breakfast not included - £2.00 per session.  Sunshine Club is bookable via Wraparound Care and you can book all ad-hoc Days.   Please book your child into this club as a lot of people are just turning up for breakfast Club.  We need people to book, so that we have the right amount of staff for club and also that we have food. 

Sunset Cub Monday - 3.15 pm - 5 pm - Woodland Adventures taking place in Forest School. Please note this session ends at 5 pm - £7.50 per session

Tuesday 3.15pm - 5 pm - Athletics- £7.50 per session. Please collect from The Village Green.

Wednesday - 3.15pm - 5 pm -A Bit of Everything Club £7.50 per session

Thursday - 3.15 pm - 5 pm - Football. Please collect from School Field £7.50 per session

Friday Fun Club - 3.15 pm - 5 pm Movies, outdoor play (weather permitting) any activities children would like to do. - £7.50 per session.

Please remember by joining any sessions in Wraparound Care you are agreeing to follow the Terms and Conditions copy attached

 

VERY IMPORTANT – Please book all Afterschool Clubs via the Club Section on the MCAS App.

Please book Sunshine Club (Breakfast Club) via Wraparound Care.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BOOK YOUR CHILD ONTO THE PARTICULAR SESSION YOU REQUIRE.  YOU CANNOT ASSUME THAT YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE GIVEN A SPACE.
